Chocolate Covered Cherry Granola

Say Happy Valentine’s Day to your sweetie (or yourself!) with a classic holiday chocolate treat turned into a tasty and good-for-you granola. We fancy up our signature base with cocoa powder and toasted almond pieces and then finish things off with chopped dried Montmorency dried cherries and mini chocolate chips.
